How it works in practice
- Firm sets up clients — In the firm dashboard you create your hospitality clients. Each client immediately gets its own portal with an upload link.
- Restaurant uploads — Cash reports, platform settlements (Lieferando, Wolt, Uber Eats), invoices — all via link, no login, no app.
- Firm reviews and exports — The firm dashboard shows all incoming documents. DATEV-Buchungsstapel (ASCII), review log and receipt ZIP are available with one click.
Flat-rate vs. per-client
The classic GPAA model bills per active client. The firm SaaS model is a flat-rate — ideal when you manage several hospitality clients or want to grow without renegotiating for every new restaurant.
