Scope limits / fair use
In the Firm package, we do not show file limits on the main surface. Baseline is a typical monthly volume per client; significant extra volume is aligned in advance.
Special cases and rulebook
Discounts, cancellations, fees, and splits are structured and documented transparently. Professional special rules are aligned with the firm and logged in a traceable way.
DATEV handover and professional responsibility
GPAA is not a DATEV product. Final professional review, account assignment, and DATEV import release remain exclusively with the firm. No automatic posting decision - only structured pre-review.
Response times for questions
Initial feedback on expert questions within 2 business days. For deadline-sensitive requests (e.g. VAT filing on the 10th/25th), please align in advance — priority will be set. In Firm Plus, coordination is prioritised by default (target: 1 business day).
